Take these simple steps to obtain commission on your Travel Agent reservation.
1. Click to download the W9 form here W9 FORM.
2. Send email to BleauAgent@fontainebleau.com with the following information:
- Completed W9 form
- First and Last Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
- IATA and/or CLIA or TIDS or TRUE
3. Once your email is received, a Fontainebleau representative will confirm your W9 has been processed. Upon confirmation, to make a reservation, simply click BOOK and be sure to enter your industry ID.

Travel professionals are key to our success
To show our appreciation for your business we have improved our Travel Professional program. Clients will receive a welcome amenity (your choice of chocolate covered strawberries or macaroons) on your behalf, to show them that you care.
HOTEL CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT POLICY
Dear Valued Partners,
We would like to remind all agents to communicate to their clients that upon check-in at the resort, we require a credit card for deposit of incidentals. We charge $150/day upfront on the card. If a client does not have a credit card and chooses to pay with cash, we require a onetime refundable $600 deposit in addition to the room and tax. If a client produces a debit card instead, that card must have enough funds in the account to cover their incidentals as well. We do have a third party credit card authorization available, however, please make sure the application is requested and returned to us at least a few days prior to their arrival.
