The resort proudly presents the return of Cellar 1954, a Wine Series by FONTAINEBLEAU. Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954, the monthly event effortlessly pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2014 | HAKKASAN

On Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Hakkasan, dinner combines a decadent five-course menu prepared by Hakkasan chef de cuisine with sake hand-selected and presented by Winemaker for Dassai Sake Brewery. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different varietal from the Dassai Sake Brewery label, selects include:

Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo
Dassai 23 Sp 360ml
Dassai 50
Dassai 50 Nigori

The event will begin at 7:30 PM in the restaurant’s private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $125++ per person excluding tax and service charge.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Michael Mina 74, dinner combines a decadent five course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Thomas Griese with wines hand-selected and presented by Dennis Bell, General Manager for the prestigious Lewis Cellars Winery. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different varietal from the Lewis label, selects include:  

Lewis Napa Chardonnay 2013
Lewis Sonoma Chardonnay 2013
Lewis Napa Cabernet 2012
Lewis Mason's Cabernet 2012
Lewis Alec's Blend 2013 

The event will begin at 7:30 PM in the restaurant’s private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $225++ per person excluding tax and service charge.
